Dhananjay Datar and Associates, Architects and valuers, was established in Pune, Maharashtra, in 1987, by Ar. Dhananjay Datar. Over the years, DDA has grown into a large multi state consultancy firm, with offices in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and associated offices in Tamil Nadu and Germany. The current staff strength is approximately 70 people.
In its endeavor to improve and innovate, DDA achieved the ISO certification in August, 2005, and is an ISO certified company. DDA has multiple verticals, an one of them is valuation of immovable property. Ar. Dhananjay Datar is a Government Approved Valuer. Their list of clients includes large banks and Non Banking Financial Intermediaries, across 3 states. Currently, DDA carries out more than 1600 valuations per month, and the total numbers of cases completed so far are over 3,00,000.
All valuation related work is carried out using the latest software and hardware, with proven systems to monitor speed and accuracy. Currently, DDA is in the process of implementing ISO 14000 and 18000, keeping in mind the environment and the safety of its staff. They have been on a continuous growth path, and are looking to expand operations into other states of india, in the near future.
As part of corporate social responsibility, they work closely with special schools and orphanages, and are continually in the process of implementing and supporting multiple projects to enhance life and learning outcomes of marginalized students.
